Your Golf Travel is the worlds largest golf travel specialist providing golf breaks and holidays across more than 3,000 locations in 22 countries, including the UK, Ireland, Europe, and beyond. Since our launch in 2004, we have seen swift expansion and now boast a team of over 180 professionals based in our offices in London, Brighton, St Andrews, and Killarney. Throughout this journey, we have established incredible relationships with our suppliers and customers, created an extensive array of exceptional travel products and experiences, garnered numerous awards... and this is only the beginning!

Do I need to be a golfer? … Not at all. We primarily operate as a travel company, with golf being just one aspect of our offerings. We are looking for a commercially minded, creatively driven Head of Brand & Partnerships to help shape the next chapter of the brand.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of brand, partnerships, commercial - helping drive distinctiveness, emotional connection and growth.
Reporting to the CMO, you will lead the development and execution of Your Golf Travel’s brand and partnership plan.
You will play a central role in shaping how the brand shows up creatively, culturally and commercially - delivering standout campaigns and strategic partnerships that elevate the brand and drive growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Brand & Sales Activation Plan Delivery
Oversee planning and delivery of integrated 12-month brand and sales driving plans (driven by the Senior Marketing Manager) across key commercial periods and strategic moments
Lead major new brand campaign development, partnering with external agencies, production partners and media owners where required
Own brand messaging frameworks and creative strategy (working with Creative Lead), and ensure plans deliver a distinctive, emotionally engaging and commercially effective brand presence
Partnerships & Commercial Collaborations
Develop and deliver Your Golf Travel’s partnership strategy across governing bodies, media, tourism boards, rights holders and commercial partners
Secure and activate paid and value-in-kind partnerships that drive brand reach, customer value/experience and commercial return
Create compelling partnership activation plans that support both brand and revenue objectives
Responsible for driving during/post booking ancillary income through partnerships
Measure partnership effectiveness, income secured and long-term value creation
ATL Media & PR
Lead ATL/new media channel planning and buying eg TV
Own PR plans development/delivery, manage media relationships, press opportunities, brand storytelling
Identify proactive opportunities to increase brand visibility, authority and cultural relevance
Support executive profiling, thought leadership and key business announcements where appropriate
Work closely with analytics and performance teams to evaluate incrementality and channel mix/effectiveness
Ambassador, Influencer and Affiliate Plans
Identify priority ambassadors/influencers that align with the brand, and develop/deliver partnership plans that build the brand, deliver commercial value for our suppliers/partners.
Ensure alignment with the content and product teams.
Continuously push boundaries of our plans and evolve based on results.
Develop 3rd party affiliate plans/partners to drive brand, sessions and short term sales metrics.
Build Creativity & Test-and-Learn Culture
Use insight, customer behaviour and market trends to inform plans and decisions
Champion a culture of creativity, experimentation and continuous improvement within the wider marketing team
Develop frameworks for evaluating campaign, media and partnership performance
Encourage structured testing and learning across creative, channels, audiences and propositions
Team:
A member of the Marketing senior team developing the overarching strategy and annual plans.
Inspire, manage and coach a sub-team of 4 including Senior Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Account Manager and Business Development Executive.

Significant experience in:
delivering results in brand and integrated marketing roles
securing, negotiating and activating strategic commercial and marketing partnerships.
ATL media planning/buying, PR and creative production
Working with influencers/ambassadors
Developed significant creative work that is distinctive, emotionally resonant and commercially effective. Excellent creative judgement and storytelling capability
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability
Managing multiple direct reports.
Preferred experience:
Worked in travel, sport or consumer brands
A golfer and has been on golf trips before

About Your Golf Travel
Your Golf Travel started with an idea that two young golf enthusiasts had in the Summer of 2005, having spotted a gap in the market for discounted golf travel packages.
In July 2005, Ross Marshall and Andrew Harding invested everything they had (including two hefty credit card loans!) into marketing their vision for an affordable, online golf travel supplier. Initially operating from a bedroom in London, the idea has since developed into a thriving business of 200 staff.
Now in its 20th year of trading Your Golf Travel has become the largest golf travel company in the world, with an annual turnover of over £100 million, sending on average 200,000 golfers on holiday every year and operating across over 30 countries globally.
Our Head Office is based in central London - specifically the vibrant and bustling hotspot of Farringdon and now have regional offices in Brighton, St Andrews, Killarney, The Algrave, Alpharetta (USA), and Atlanta (USA).
Our group of companies has grown over the years, and is now also home to our sister companies: Premiergolf.com, Walker Sports, Destination Golf Services, Racingbreaks.com and Out of Office.
